Awareness campaigns were conducted to prevent harassment, discrimination, and bullying in the workplace and to increase employee awareness.

To raise awareness and promote a safe and respectful workplace environment free from harassment, discrimination, and abuse of authority, Max Myanmar Group organized a series of awareness campaigns across its subsidiaries from July 23 to July 31, 2025.

These campaigns aimed to educate employees on workplace harassment, discriminatory treatment, and abuse of power, ensuring they are better informed about these important issues.

Recognizing the severe psychological and physical impacts that sexual harassment, discrimination, and abuse of authority can have on employees in the workplace, the initiative included the implementation of related policies, management practices, distribution of informative materials, display of educational vinyl banners, training sessions, discussions, and the provision of support services.

Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment for everyone is a key commitment of Max Myanmar Group. It is believed that such efforts not only help increase productivity and improve overall business performance but also assist in attracting and retaining skilled employees.
