The Management of Max Myanmar Group of Companies is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. The Group is guided in its corporate governance practices by the Code of Corporate Governance 2005 (“the Code”) issued by the Singapore Council on Corporate Disclosure and Governance so as to ensure greater transparency and protection of shareholders’ interests.

We worked with Deloitte-MVG (an affiliate of Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services Pte Ltd) to conduct financial performance review in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS). We also engage with PwC Myanmar for advisory services in non-auditable context.
