September 17, 2026Max Cement completed Long-term Lease Agreement with NCDC Cement Plant
Max Myanmar Manufacturing (Max Cement) won the tender invitation for the lease of NCDC cement plant (Nay Pyi Taw) on 4th August 2020.The first online signing ceremony of the Agreement of Discussion (AOD) with Max Cement for long-term lease of NCDC Cement Factory was held on 29th December 2020.
An online signing ceremony between Max Cement and NCDC was held on 21st September 2021 on the long-term lease of NCDC 500 TPD Wet Process Cement Plant which is located at the same location of 2100 TPD Max Cement Plant.
Both plants use same limestone deposit for their production and by entering the agreement of long-term lease, Max Cement will, at the same time, be able to secure the limestone for its 2100 TPD cement production.
