Job Description

  • Counting and calculation of MEP BOQ as per design drawings.
  • Preparation of UPA (Unit Price Amount)
  • Preparation of detailed measurement.
  • Review of method of statement.
  • Review of scope of work.
  • Making effort to get actual quantity in time and fill the price according to client request  specification.
  • Preparation of contracts internal PR and also payment.
  • Claim according to company procedure and regulation.
  • Preparation of comparison sheets for subcontractor price and making estimation for cost control.
  • Check Tender’s technical specification of materials and drawing design.
  • Preparation of detailed cost plans production of project valuations and BOQ preparation.
  • Preparation of Tender Submission.
