JOB DESCRIPTION

• To Implement, Lead and Initiate the Sales team to achieve the target.
• To Communicate, Analyze and Present regularly to HOD and Management.
• To Implement the strategic business plan.
• To penetrate the market and achieve the market share against the competitors.
• To be a good team player.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Open to graduates with any degree, more prefer the MBA/ Dip in Sales and Marketing Management.
• Minimum of 5 years in related field or Batching Plant/Construction.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English language.
